As Honey Mama’s prepared for national retail expansion, the brand transitioned from hand-assembled paper boxes to a scalable film wrap format. I led a retail-focused repositioning to clarify the product at shelf and build a system designed for growth.
I introduced “More Than Chocolate” to reframe the product as a rich, refrigerated bar made with real, whole foods — bridging indulgence and nourishment. I developed a cohesive packaging system spanning product photography, a structured messaging and claims hierarchy, clear serving and sustainability callouts (90% less waste), and a scalable system for color, limited-edition flavors, and brand collaborations. The result is a clearer, more premium, and retail-ready brand built for national expansion.
